Hand Picked Floral Design is a full-service floral company specializing in bespoke weddings and events. We offer everything from dreamy bouquets and ceremony flowers, garden inspired installations, centerpieces and all the extra little whimsy touches throughout the space to make your wedding, "hand picked" and one of a kind. Following the event, we are on-site to clean up all the florals and design elements, allowing our clients to truly relax and enjoy their special day.

We love the opportunity to get to know each of our couples personally and are able to create and design something individualized for each couple. We take a lot of pride in ensuring we are with you every step of the way- from consultation calls to the big day and happy to assist in other areas like design questions, layouts, etc. Being in the industry for 15+ years, we have vast knowledge in all things events and happy to assist our couples however we can!

Full-service wedding floral investment begins at $5,000. Each proposal and design are customized, and therefore at different price points. Frequently Asked Questions
When do you recommend to book a florist?
We are typically booked eight months to a year in advance. Our best answer would be to book your vendors when you have solidified your vision, and you believe each vendor can fulfill that.

How much is Hand Picked involved in the process?
We are with you from initial design phase to event execution. We provide a detailed quote with images and a month before your wedding, we will touch base on available locally and American grown blooms.

On average, how much does floral cost for a full-service wedding?
On average, we say that our clients tend to spend around $7,000 on a full service wedding. Now, this can vary depending on specific blooms and custom installations. To figure out your general quote for our services, simply multiply your number of items times the average price above. Add 25% to the total for consultation, labor/ design time, delivery, setup, overhead and floral assistants needed. Lastly, Florida requires 7% sales tax.

Do you have a minimum?
For full-service weddings our minimum is $5,000 minimum. However, if under this amount, you are able to pick up all items from us directly, or for a small additional fee we are happy to deliver. We love to be involved in an intimate wedding with bouquets, boutonniere's, ceremony flowers and a few centerpieces and invite you to look over our Elopements & Micro Weddings package.

Are vases and candles included in your quotes?
Yes, the prices include rentals of our vases, votives, candles, and other inventory. We recommend to let our team provide all items. We do not allow clients to provide their own vases.

What is the booking process?
Once we receive your completed inquiry form, we take approximately one to two weeks to put together a detailed, personalized proposal. From there, we allow one round of edits before you book us. To confirm our services, we require a signed contract and non refundable deposit. Don't fret, there is plenty of time to edit the proposal (you can change anything from your palette to the number of items, etc). Our second round of edits will fall right before your second payment and your final round of edits will be one month to three weeks before your big day!
